Supervisors are trade qualified. They can confidently access roofs, knowledgeably report on damage and efficiently detail scope of works. They are experienced in claims handling and understand the demands of our clients.
The AIB team is familiar with problem solving solutions which are often non-standard – either in building method or in type of site. For example, heritage, confined spaces high-risk scenarios or high traffic public venues.
Having in-house experienced trades allow AIB to respond swiftly to make safes and emergency work. This crew also ensures projects have a member of the AIB team on site to ensure quality and service levels are achieved.
AIB Customer Service Officers:
The office-based team at AIB are experienced in customer service and client liaison. Customer service officers strive to ensure both customers and clients feel cared for and confident they are in professional and competent hands. The team also support the Supervisors, assisting with project WHS requirements, client service level expectations and subcontractor inductions.
AIB Trade Panel:
Specialist trades are provided through AIB’s reputable, regular panel of subcontractors. All trades are inducted and must adhere to the AIB service level agreement and code of conduct. Work is regularly audited.
